    In this episode, I sit down with Robert Jospe to discuss his career in music, pedagogical approach, and role in NYC's vibrant loft scene of the 1970s. Robert is a Senior Lecturer of Groove Percussion at the University of Virginia and a mainstay on the Virginia jazz scene. He studied with Tony Williams, Allen Dawson, and Bob Moses, and has performed with Michael Brecker, Dave Liebman, John Schofield, John Abercrombie, Bobby McFerrin, Pat Metheny, Cyrus Chestnut, Emily Remler, Stanley Jordan, and Joe Henderson, among others.
