Bouncing Back

Bouncing back is one of the hardest endeavours of life. Going through hardship, heartbreak, grief... finding your way out the darkness is extremely tough. Throughout my experience with heartbreak, going through the steps of recovery has been a roller coaster. However, we have to find a system that works. Nobody can tell you how to feel and your emotions are valid, but with guidance the transition may be just a bit easier. Bouncing back is no task that should be done alone. The thing is, most of us have a goal and are ambitious - we even plan out the steps we need to get to the goal. Overcoming Challenges was created in the mist of a breakthrough. Understanding that you are a human being and not a robot is the epiphany of allowing yourself to go through and grow through the processes of your journey in peace. “Self Love Anthem” was created in one of my most vulnerable states of life. We all go through turmoil of some kind, but it's how you decide to perceive and groove with it. However, what's helped me overcome struggles in my journey is practicing Self Love! Love is infinite. Love is the key to an extraordinary life...and it start with you, the love you give yourself. Generational Fear

Generational Fear was curated from the notions in the book "What Happened to You" by Dr. Bruce Perry and Oprah Winfrey. As we walk through life and began to recognize some mental traits that has been developed in ways we are oblivious to, we must analyze our ancestors...starting with your mother, father, and/or immediate guardian that raised you. The world likes to call it generational curses when a negativity reoccurs from one generation to another. I believe it's generational fear. The fear of breaking through. The fear of unlearning the ideologies that we stood on throughout our life. The fear of acknowledging that we've been wrong. The fear of letting go of what we've latched unto and diving into the unknown. It's not a curse - it's a fear of allowing yourself to free flow as a spirit because this takes trust in something you can't see. But always remember, you are not man-made; you were divinely created. Generational Fear is in the mind and it can end with you. Play this audio every time you feel a blockage in momentum and cannot understand the why or if you are battling with negative habits and need some motivation to rid them.
