EPISODE 0: The Kinaiya Podcast

Gusto naming marinig, kumusta ka na nga ba, thomasian scientist? May kwento ka? Pakinggan natin yan! That overwhelming feeling when you start doing something new. That overflowing question of “Am I doing enough?” That feeling of uncertainty and stress as we start to unravel what lies behind us. We’ve faced a lot during this transition. Some of us find it hard to cope from face-to-face to online and now to hybrid learning. Due to the pandemic, some of our stories were left untold. Through the two episodes of Kinaiya podcast, we will talk about your struggles, your feelings, how you are coping, and what are ways to cope during this transition period. The Kinaiya Podcast will highlight the beauty of mental health communication as we transition to hybrid learning. A podcast that will act as your safe space where we can open up about our shared struggles with being students in this new environment, tune into our emotions, and find companionship. To us, you can admit how you have been especially in this transition. Kinaiya hopes to be a reminder that you have someone in us. We feel you, we hear you, and we are here for you.
