Kim El is an award-winning Pittsburgh-born playwright, poet, actor and educator who uses words and movement to stimulate human consciousness. She earned her Bachelor's of Arts degree in Journalism from Duquesne University. Her memberships  include The Dramatist Guild, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and she is also included in The 2013 New Pittsburgh Courier’s 50 Women of Excellence. With a PhD in chemistry, she has redefined what it means to be a scientist by bringing her artistry to science.  She recently released her book, STILL In My Mother's Womb, where she shares her journey of finding spiritual enlightenment and pleasure while healing her mother wounds.  She enjoys long walks, relaxing on the beach, and traveling.   

Remember when you were younger and you use to say things like “when I get older I would never do this….or that” or now since we are older we view the world different and wish we could go back in time to give advice to our younger selves. Well that is just what I did on this episode of Cookies Secret.
