Wand to make great food? This is the channel! Easy to make but extremely tasty food on your grill or Dutch oven. Gary is a fantastic instructor.

Fantastic Podcast!

Lets put it this way I like this podcast so much I’m saving every episode in ITunes! The explanations are clear and light enough to easily sit through several episodes at once. Not that I could possibly eat that much good food in one setting, however I have gotten many good ideas and have learned much about the theory of Dutch Oven cooking.

The nice thing here is that the show is’t overloaded with sponsorship promotions. Obviously some effort is required to pay for the show but it is hardly a bother. I’m sitting here right now with the mouth watering just thinking about some of the recipes and techniques covered in this show.
