Welcome to COR Conversations. My name is Caley Kukla and I’ve spent more than a decade supporting children and families with challenging behaviors.
As a mom of two, I appreciate how overwhelming and exhausting parenthood can often be. So I’m taking all of my professional knowledge and experience and combining it with real life, not just theory, to change the dialogue around parenting. We’ll have powerful conversations and practical tools that will inspire you to get to the heart, or the COR of your child’s behavior and make simple yet impactful changes.

Lessons From The NICU: How To Support Loved Ones During Times of Crisis
In honor of Thanksgiving, this personal episode shares our NICU experience this past summer. As scary and overwhelming as the experience was, we felt loved, supported, and held by our community. We continue to be humbled and overwhelmed with gratitude. This is our essay of “thanks” to all of our loved ones that we hope will serve as a resource for listeners to be a force of healing and love in the world.
Much love,

Great Resource!!
Such a good listen for parents— Caley is knowledgeable and easy to listen to!!
The best parenting podcast!
Caley is empathetic, affirming, validating, and full of practical, helpful, concrete strategies and tips. I look forward to every new episode. On my hardest parenting days, just hearing her voice is encouraging. Thank you, Caley!
easy to apply ideas that can help immediately!
Caley is so knowledgeable and realistic at the same time about what is going on with your kiddos. She offers ways to help make things a little smoother but regularly acknowledges that this will not fix everything. She emphasizes that building connection and deepening the relationship with your kids will help everything improve. I love her deep dive episodes and her shorter Behavior Bytes episodes that address a specific common topic.
