    Too many times we look at the Bible and compare ourselves with the heroes of the Bible. Have you ever sat down and admitted you're a sinner. Truly seen the atrocities you've committed? The sooner we recognize we aren't perfect, the sooner we can accept Jesus' free gift and then appropriately share the gift with others!     King Herod was so consumed with selfish desires and insecurities he committed atrocities we would all quickly condemn without question.
