Courage, Humor and Grace is designed to help you awaken to your best self and provide you with the tools to create a life of passion, intention and bliss. My favorite mantra that I live by is, "I create a life of bliss!"
What would your life look like free of roadblocks and dead ends in your career? Your relationships? Your spirit?
Pull up a chair, grab your coffee (or bourbon) and join us for some conversations with real people sharing their courageous and sometimes hysterical life stories with transparency and honesty. Learn what tools they used to get them through life’s curve balls and how they eventually came out on top!
If you liked my show, please like, share and subscribe. Thank you for your kind support.
Sincerely,
Michelle

A few notes from my podcast:
Fear Characteristics – The brain doesn’t know the difference between real fear and perceived fear. It obeys what you feed it. You are the master.
Taste Feeling – stomach, tension, heart, paralyzing. Seeing things that aren’t there. Stagnancy Depression Separates you from God (Adam in the garden) Isolation Faith Characteristics

Ignore the voices and do what you are afraid of. Reach out to your friends and family – connection You have to change your physical state before you change your mental state. Listening for PTSD
The statistics for suicide and PTSD in the military and with first responders is at an alarming level. Even among civilians, suicide is the second leading cause of death in children ages 10-17 and the leading cause of death among young men, ages 18-24.
Fortunately, leaders in our community are listening and more programs and resources are being developed to help bring these statistics down.
In this episode, my guest, Army Veteran and Police Sergeant, Ken Washington shares valuable tools that can help us be part of the growing number of people standing in the gap for loved ones who are hurting and weary.
