As a single father and entrepreneur chasing purpose, I speak honestly about the pressure, the losses, the setbacks, the faith it takes to keep going, and the strength built in the process. This is a space for resilience, growth, and trusting God when life doesn’t make sense. If you’re rebuilding, carrying responsibility, or fighting to stay strong in uncertain seasons — this is for you. You’re not broken. You’re being built. Have faith. Stay disciplined. S2 EP2 “Trained Humility”

S2 EP2 "Trained Humility” . Excited to share insights on this subject matter inspired by the one and only Mr. David Goggins and his new book “Never Finished”. . It’s a powerful book with a raw no nonsense approach about going after it each day . Here are 10 examples of trained humility that you can start incorporating into your life: 1. Practice gratitude and appreciate what you have, rather than constantly focusing on what you lack. 2. Seek feedback and criticism, and be open to learning from others. 3. Don't be afraid to ask for help or admit when you don't know something. 4. Acknowledge your own biases and strive to be more open-minded and understanding of others. 5. Be willing to take on tasks that may not be in your comfort zone or that may challenge you. 6. Don't be a know-it-all or try to always be right. 7. Show empathy and compassion towards others. 8. Be humble in your successes and accomplishments, and give credit where it's due. 9. Practice humility in your communication, by listening more and speaking less. 10. Reflect on your own actions and behaviors, and strive to constantly improve yourself. . Thank you and I appreciate you checking out the podcast.
