Sammy kicks off the show checking in with Lynchy on the final chapter of his golf trip, and Sammy updates us on his own Saturday comp round back home. At (10:07) the guys touch on the new MiScore app and how it could genuinely help your golf game, before at (16:47) turning their attention to Golf Australia's latest mission statement — Sammy and Lynchy each give their take and throw out some team format ideas to make the game more fun and accessible. At (28:07) it's Around the Grounds, opening with exciting news for Australian golf as Travis Smyth earns a last minute inclusion into LIV Golf Korea over the weekend. The guys then head to the PGA Tour with Russ Henley taking the win, before Sammy puts the question to Lynchy at (34:55) — where has Cam Davis been? At (42:44) the conversation turns to the upcoming Women's US Open at Riviera, a rare major played on Kikuyu grass, with Lynchy breaking down what that actually means for the players and how it changes the challenge. At (50:37) The Scramble returns with Sammy asking Lynchy whether Australia's best golf courses should open up a ballot system allowing everyday golfers to play twice a year. At (53:46) it's time for Mulligans, with Aaron Rai signing a baby stealing the spotlight — and the Dad copping the mulligan. Lynchy then closes out the show at (56:43) with one final confessional from his golf trip away. All thanks to Callaway.

Rolapp's LIV Praise, Furyk's Ryder Cup Return & The Fitzpatrick Brothers | Episode 40

Sammy and Lynchy kick off the show recapping the round they shared during the week at Sammy's home club before diving into a big week in golf news. At (4:55) the guys get into the PGA Tour cutting tournaments and staff connected to the Hawaii events, and at (8:25) they play and react to PGA Tour CEO Brian Rolapp's surprisingly positive words about LIV Golf and what it could signal for the future of the game. At (14:09) the conversation turns to Jim Furyk being named US Ryder Cup captain for 2027, with the guys revisiting memories of the last time Furyk had the honour — a defeat to Europe back in 2018. At (21:19) it's an early Scramble as Sammy asks Lynchy whether Keegan Bradley deserves another shot at captaining the US side, before the conversation shifts closer to home with the Presidents Cup coming in September and our own Geoff Ogilvy leading the Internationals as captain. At (33:43) it's Around the Grounds, opening with the first Women's Major of the year at The Chevron, before landing on the feel good moment of the year at the Zurich Classic — the Fitzpatrick brothers taking out the tournament together on the PGA Tour. At (44:57) The Scramble returns for a second round as Sammy reads out a special listener question. At (53:03) it's Course Language Confessional time — it's Lynchy's confession, but don't be surprised when Sammy gets involved too. The guys then briefly preview the upcoming PGA Tour event at Doral at (56:55). All thanks to Callaway. Audio credit: Brian Rolapp, The Pat McAfee Show.
