Justice in America??

I find these cases so intriguing. This is so sad; when you or your family don’t have sufficient resources to defend you and the people the state hires for you don’t care!
It appears the real killer(s) might still be at large.

Confused?

I am a true crime listener and this is a great Podcast. I may only behalfway through but I am sick ? I know this information is not all of the information but it is clear he had an incompetent defense team? The fact that they never called a witness should an automatic grounds for appeal. If he did do it or not he had a right to a defense. Please tell me this Podcast has brought light to this and wheels are moving? If this Podcast is true to the case, why no Innocence Project?

Biased reporting!

I originally liked this podcast even though the host is horrible with his monotones repeat 9 times the same information delivery method. However there is so much he is not telling you in the show, do some research to find out but many things that make Ivan look guilty he is not telling you. The show would be so much better if he was really telling all and not misleading the audience.
