    Episode 39. Coverage Position Letters

    Coverage Position Letters (CPLs) are supposed to be straightforward and informative letters about why a claim may not be covered.   But Bob has noticed that these letters are often overbroad, throwing in everything but the kitchen sink. Actually, a lot of them probably throw that in too, because that leaky sink is not part of the damage they agreed to cover.
