This episode is all about reframing the way you think about your goals. We are often so focused on the outcome, and the linear path to get there, that any variant feels like failure.
What if the pursuit of your goals, dreams, and aspirations could be an experiment?
How would that change the way you work? How would that change the way you view outcomes? How would that change your thought process and the emotions that come along with pursuing a goal? LINKS:

Doing the work for you
Love love the podcast with Lou! What a great reminder to make space or embrace the space made to do work for you. I listened to this episode when prepping food for a dinner and started to feel more and more that I want to tap into the side of me that wants to cook and write more. Thanks wheels and Lou for sharing Your Story.
I love it
Wheels is one of my all time favorite people!
Behind the wheels
Wheels is a well known and beloved fitness trainer, but this is a chance to go behind all that to understand the structures, frameworks and struggles that allow her to support others and thrive on her own. It’s interesting to hear what great cheerleaders and rooters do to keep themselves going as well.
