    Melonpiece Theater Mini-Episode - Severance and the Art of Bonsai

    Like a tree sensing the year’s first warm weather and pushing forth new buds into the world, Sam and John have revived their long-dormant series Melonpiece Theater. This mini-episode of Cracking Open The Melon Bar is all about bonsai, the Japanese art of tree refinement, which it turns out has broad metaphorical and even spiritual applications for Severance. Your stalwart co-hosts also discuss Mr. Milchick, Milchick's bonsai, the ethics of artistic mutilation, and whether it’s asking too much of Mr. Milchick to care for yet another living thing down there on the severed floor.     In this episode of Cracking Open The Melon Bar, your delirious and positively agog co-hosts Sam and John conclude their epic recap of the epic Severance Season 2 Finale.
