So glad for the seasonal episodes
Love the pod! Started listening to it when Craig recommended it on the Alchemy This podcast. I love hearing these two “movie people” talk movies. The Halloween episodes even inspired my SO and me to try out a “Wheel of Genres” where we filled a wheel with different spooky subgenres (psychological, slasher, Korean, etc.). We had a great time and watched some films from the podcast!
I only recently discovered this podcast and am truly delighted! Carla and Craig are hilarious and their playful banter is so, so fun. This podcast is a great pick me up when I want to escape the day to day politics and news. I am a big movie fan and it’s so fun to listen to Craig and Carla’s observations. They also have fun segments interspersed that I really enjoy.
I’m going to play catch up and work my way through the past episodes. And I hope they continue to do holiday themed episodes from time to time. SO funny!!!
Carla is the best!!!
I started listening to Craig's List because I was a fan of Craig from Thrilling Adventure Hour, Drunk History, and Spontaneanation. I'm late to the game with this podcast but I've been burning through it to make up for lost time. I look forward to the opening of each episode when Craig reinterprets an excerpt from the movie in question- very clever and makes me laugh every time. He also seems to have a limitless amount of facts in his brain which is amazing. The big bonus for me is Carla- she is one of my favorite people now. She's very frequently unfamiliar with the movies on the list and more often than not mystified by Craig's choices. I love it! It's like listening to Siskel and Ebert except Craig and Carla like each other and aren't sarcastic and obnoxious. And thank you Carla for having a feminist viewpoint!! Don't ever apologize- I see you girl. Getting to #1 on the list was bittersweet....but now there's Spooooooooooky Times!!! Hooray!
