May Wilkerson and Alyssa Limperis are best friends, stand-up comedians and crazy – clinically speaking, and just regular speaking. Join them each week to discuss their mental health issues, which cover anxiety, depression, anorexia, bulimia, addiction and even a dead dad! Wow, they're fun at parties. Instead of going to parties they invite comedians, journalists, artists, doctors (thank god) and more to join them each week and help shine a light on the things people usually keep hidden. This podcast will be more fun than hanging out in person, promise.

Theme music by Emily Lynne with additional music by Brendon Clark.

Welcome back!

So glad you both are back. I really enjoy this podcast. Helps me with my terrible companions depression and anxiety.

Oh my God, it’s so true.

This is great for young adults who are going through stuff they maybe haven’t thought about too much, but it’s pretty young and kind of obvious. Great to not feel alone if you’re young, but maybe not great for 30+ who are looking for some solid advice. Honestly can’t tell if they are being satirical sometimes...

Love this podcast!

I have been listening to this podcast ever since May was on Paul Gilmartin’s MIHH podcast, and I’m so happy to have found it! Your articulate descriptions of things like depression and anxiety paired with your thoughtful and funny conversations and interviews are comforting and validating. Brave voices like yours are a big part of what the world needs right now. Thank you so much, and please record more soon.
