The Cream Podcast is stories told about coffee, from coffee. Or rather from the mouths of coffee experts. We get to sit down and hear a lot about the hows and whys of specific experts in the field of the bean juice. All taking place in a local cafe. It really sets the the tone of the whole podcast. One that is both quirky and serene. I'm a big fan of personal stories, and you get that in spades in this podcast. It's more than interesting to hear why someone became interested in what they do. And if you care about coffee at all, you'll be more than enthralled. I can say with honesty, that the Cream podcast is a joy to listen to. If you have the time and the interest, give it a listen!

The thing about the Cream podcast is that it's more so about the people behind the coffee than the coffee itself. Which makes for a really interesting study on the roasters and distributors of the coffee world. You get some in depth tips straight from the barista's mouth, sure. But it's hearing how they came to know this information, and what it took for them to reach their current status is what makes the podcast worth listening to. The whole conversation seems very intimate. Sort of like a Ted Talk but themed around coffee. If you like your human interest stories with a shot of espresso, then I couldn't recommend the Cream Podcast enough. It's personal, charming, and well worth a listen.

Love the stories. Glad it's not super inside coffee but great insight to roasters.
