Create A Generational Love Cycle With Timika S Chambers

Timika S Chambers

Through self-awareness, I help you break the generational cycle of pain by shining light on the thoughts that created it. We cultivate our soil by extracting weeds (negative thoughts) and replanting the Truths within us for a continued harvest of Spiritual fruit: love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22). We heal from the inside out, rebuild the divine family concept, cultivate children with morals and life-sustaining principles, fulfill our divine purpose, and achieve and sustain the best health possible.

Healing from the Inside Out Series : You Deserve Better

In this episode, I use my children' s process of healing to share important concepts on healing from the inside out. Often, we may cling to anxiety, fear, confusion, self-doubt, guilt, resentment, shame, and vengeance. They become the lenses through which we see the world. However, we were not meant to stay stuck or to consistently befriend life-draining emotions and feelings. “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you, and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11).  Jesus came so that we may have an abundant life (John 10:10) in all realms, not so that we could carry our wounds with us. But to realize that we are bigger than any experience and what our true purpose is---to reflect the truth.
