    Self Sourcing Bliss

    How do we find our way out of our resting state, out of the funk, back into flow? Bliss in the body and creativity can be moved into through the temple that is our heart and our bones. When we practice devotion over motivation, over what might be happening that we could justify with frustration or stagnancy or numbness and instead Choose to come back to flow and life - we are self sourcing that connection we need to create. We are building the muscles of joy and turn on so we can come back to what is it I want to experience, what is it I want to create, what is it I want to build with my life? Life doesn’t wait for us to be inspired, we fall out of the flow and it’s natural, but how often do you let yourself move back in? How in tune with you are with the rhythm of devotion and bliss and your power to choose? Creative flow is always waiting for you.
