    We are in an unprecedented time in our world.  We are being told NOT to do so many different things that it is causing such fear and anxiety in people and for many, more time than usual on our hands. That's why I started the "30 Days of Change" movement on social media.   We have the choice to spend the next 30 days being held captive to fear and/or waste our "extra" time or we can spend the next 30 days taking baby steps to being a better person at the end. Starting, April 1st, I've been posting a self-reflection on all of my social media channels to challenge each of us to make small changes that can lead to us being better physically, mentally, emotionally,  and spiritually. Her book is an open and honest look at what it is like to be broken  and how it takes guts to move forward through that.  My favorite quote from her book is "It's OK to not be OK...for a season." Jennifer, through her amazing storytelling and sassy humor, gives us permission to acknowledge our brokeness, but then empowers us to move through it to a place of breakthrough and a fulfilling life.
