Welcome to activating your life fully! My name is Baiba Wisse and I started this podcast and community to share people's stories and tools to empower you to create work and life that you adore!  The best and the most challenging aspect about finding your purpose and aligned work is that you are unique and your fulfilling work will be one of a kind but any one story, idea, or exercise could be the one that unlocks the next puzzle piece for you! But once it unlocks, you unlock the codes to a life of your own making, one that feels so good to you! My experience has been that one thing is for sure - it takes courage and perseverance. I think this is something you have to chase in the best of ways! I’ve tried everything from doing the exercises, strengths analysis, personality tests to looking for answers through energy work and spirituality.   My intention is that the stories, tools and insights shared in this podcast will save you time and get you to your  unique answers and clarity faster! The truth is that your purpose is already within you, you just need to activate it - so let's go!

    Build It and They Will Come

    This has been a lesson and an integration on my own journey, something that’s alive for me and I want to share it with you.  Especially if you’re searching for some answers on what is your aligned work or clarity and some change in any area of your life where you feel like spending is missing . When it comes to finding your unique purpose, you have to move from your own center. From a deep knowing and stability even if you don’t know all the answers, especially when you don’t know all the answers and the how to with your logical mind. And I know the logical mind will try to convince you that you need to know all the logistics, all the steps before taking action. Your mind will tell you that you need a plan A, B or even c. And the world will confirm it over and over. This is what we’ve been told thru schooling, workplace, business gurus … it’s weaved thought out the societal conditioning. You’re frozen in inaction because you think you need to know more steps, you need more clarity before you answer the longing that you hear deep inside of you.  So it all can leave you waiting to take even the very first step or next step in the direction of actually more fulfilling work and life for you. This is why sometimes a layoff, a rif or a rejection can be the most freeing thing, releasing the shackles of needing to make the decision yourself and staying stuck in the same timeline.     Too Much Thinking Ahead?

    I used to think that thinking and planning ahead was a strength of mine. Until I realized how much I was stuck in my head, living ahead, in beliefs, in circuitry not of my own making.  I realized it's gotten me so far and won't get me where my heart desires to go next. I believed planning ahead was the smart way, the grown up way, I was a good listener and a good girl in many ways. Have you experience this kind of living and existence? I wanted to feel and step into a new experience, a new timeline, not keep recreating the results I've gotten so far. Today I share the practice that has allowed me to step into living more and more into the present moment and living more without abandon, opening up the most magical timeline and a life I actually desire to live.
