    Tahlia is a holistic health nutritionist who specialises in women’s health. Her services include supporting women in each phase of their life from: menstrual cycles, pre-conception plans, pregnancy support, fertility charting to postpartum support, hormone balancing and so much more! Tahlia is co-host of the podcast ‘Living Hormoniously’, based in Norther NSW, she runs women’s retreats and workshops exploring the women’s cycle. She also co-hosts a workshop called Nurturing the New Mother, to support women through the postpartum phase. I personally attended this workshop when I was 3 weeks postpartum with my new baby boy, it was my very first outing after birthing him and I truly felt so nurtured in this space. Tahlia is so passionate about the postpartum period that she has recently co-authored and released her first book, ‘Nourishing those who Nurture: More than a Food Bible for New Mothers’. She is a mum of two gorgeous boys, and she is here today to talk to you all about nourishing the cycles of life.
