I’ve been listening to CreateCast since ChaseK started and his interviews just get better and better! While all the pod casts have been interesting, I especially appreciate the chef/food writer interviews. So interesting to hear Lynn Rosetto Casper talk about the detail into which she goes when giving a recipe on NPR, and even though he didn’t say it directly, I could hear the frustration and disdain in Ludo Lefebvre’s voice when he talked about young culinary school grads who come to him without a lick of real-life experience and expect to be taken on as one of his sous-chefs. If you like behind the scenes stories from people in creative fields, you’ll really want to subscribe to this podcast!
