Highly recommend listening to Matt!

Matt is an extremely knowledgeable, educated, humble and experienced coach with a lot to offer. Constantly a student of the profession - Matt is always looking to improve both himself and his athletes. With all of this, plus his great sense of humor, he’s a wonderful person to have important conversation with. This podcast is a reflection of his train of thought as a coach and himself as a person. It’s the perfect blend for people looking for education and self improvement! Highly recommend
