    James Cleves is an Autistic virtual assistant who turned his diagnosis and lived experiences into a powerful mission to uplift other Neurodivergents - or as James prefers to call them - neurospicies. Before starting CleverVA, James was never paid a wage. Despite many job interviews and graduating University, he never had the opportunity to be paid for his work. In fact, one of his proudest moments was paying himself his first paycheck. James has his own first-hand experience of the employment challenges people with autism, Neurodivergence, and other disabilities face.
