    2. The Path To An Authentic Life - Part I

    Welcome to the Creative, Authentic & Awake Podcast, Episode 2! In this second episode, I start exploring 5 of the 15 pillars I created to help you start your own journey towards an authentic and creative life.  I outlined these pillars to guide you through the most fundamental steps you need to work on if you really want to live your life authentically, follow your purpose, and embrace your truest self. These pillars will be recurring topics throughout all my future episodes. Here are the five pillars I'm talking about in this episode: 1. Quit Complaining And Choose To Stop Being The Victim 2. Make Time For Yourself And Things You Enjoy, And Don't Feel Guilty For That 3. Learn To Say No 4. Speak Your Truth And Regain Your Power 5. Stop Seeking External Approval These pillars are not set rules that should follow a precise timeline - each one of us is on a different journey and will experience different challenges. You might go through these pillars in a different order from what is outlined here. Some of these steps might happen at the same time, and others will probably become a lifetime journey, things that you will need to work on every single day of your life. It's not really about the final outcome, but about the process. This is just a roadmap for you to understand what's the path - but remember, you are the creator of your own life. The power to go through your own awakening is already inside you, so you are the only one who can decide what works for you and what doesn't. We are all on different journeys, so be curious and learn the most you can - the more you read and learn, the more possibilities you will have to find something that can resonate with you and work for you.
