    Spoken word : creative coaching to inspire calm, contentment and confidence.  Imposter Syndrome I’m not sure if I’m really me. Am I the me that you all seem to see? I wake up and pretend that I am who I am but what if I’m not, and don’t have a plan? I eat and wash, and dress how I do, but am I dressed as myself or am I dressed up as you? I play the part of a parent, the part of a friend, Am I really these things? Or is it play and pretend? I’m a make-believe adult, but not quite a child, Am I organised and sensible or overwhelmed and wild? I simulate skills, in the work that I do, but what If I’m incapable of carrying things through?
