You know that self-compassion is the way forward so you can really embrace yourself and be the true artist you want to be, with no fears and no obstacles holding you back. Use it every day.     Let’s continue to build some mindful tools and let’s talk about support. There is this idea that artists need to be alone and suffer. It’s completely wrong. How could a support group empower you?
