Loved Jennifer Ryals

I absolutely loved episode 407 with Jennifer Ryals. Not only is she my new role model, for how far she’s taken her business and her skills in such a short time, but I appreciated her courage and honesty in sharing her encounters with racism on a regular basis on the job. No one should be subjected to that. Because of what she shared, I hope that more of us will start opening our eyes when we see it happening, and that more of us will start speaking up so that others won’t have to undergo it alone. Episodes like this help make the world a better place. Thank you.
