**Please note, when we say Joe Brewer’s polygraph results were "unclear," we are referring to this piece of evidence from Robert Kolker’s book Lost Girls: An Unsolved American Mystery, "Brewer claimed to have taken a polygraph, and while the police didn't describe the results or confirm right away that he had submitted to the test, they also didn't declare Brewer a suspect or a person of interest" (p.199). The term "unclear" is used to summarize this quote, as there is no definitive conclusion in regard to the polygraph.

I know the LISK.

This is pretty good.

Ok podcast

This podcast didn’t offer anything new about the LISK. It pulls from previously published books and interviews. But If you don’t know anything about this story, it will enlighten you... my biggest complaint about this podcast though is the 2 girls producing it.. They sound like 2 high schoolers giving a book report in tandem.. it’s also really strange that they crack jokes while reporting about murder victims...

One of the Best Podcasts about LISK

I want to preface this post by saying that I am extremely into true crime, and the case of LISK is one that I am very familiar with. I am also a resident of LI on the South Shore. This podcast has done the best job I’ve heard so far of describing the area, which is a key part to really understanding these murders and how LISK was/is able to get away with this for so long. Other podcasters not from LI have done a great job, but you two truly gave an excellent idea of the setting. I also learned some new facts about Dr. Brewer, which many other podcasts have only glossed over. Another thing you did well was discuss the timeline. Many folks wonder why the police don't believe Shannan's death was a murder at all, let alone connected to the other murders, but other podcasts haven't gone over the timelines of when the girls went missing and when they were found so this is kind of just left unexplained. I also appreciate how you went over all the girl’s backgrounds so we have a sense of who they are. Some true crime fans can forget these are real people’s lives, and it is important to understand that to grasp what a monster LISK truly is.

My only gripe is that I want more episodes!! But I also work full time and go to school so I completely get it. Thanks ladies, can’t wait for future episodes!
