One of my top 3 favorite podcasts! Super informative content that is presented in a way that is easy to listen to and follow along with, even if you don’t have a degree in the medical/healthcare field. I love that’s it’s science-backed and research-based info but is presented in a manner that makes it easy to understand and implement into normal day to day life. Health, back to the basics. Love it!!
