Steve and Sam, thank you for the podcast. Best way to learn about the CRM industry in my car. I am at a company looking to implement a CRM or some type of business/sales work flow. It has given me some insights in what to look out for. I started listening to certain podcasts from the very start and have picked my way to almost the end. Keep up the great work!
Nice program, dirty word syndrome is real
Loved the show; a lot of points resonated with me especially the dirty word syndrome. Had a system that had been implemented poorly but overall the functionality we needed was there and the power users knew the system and we all figured out how we could use it better. We asked for a reimplementation knowing exactly what we needed and how to do it and were told that our only option was to go with a new solution because IT and exec sponsor could not recommend to Board to go with a system that we already had that was known to be problematic.
A must listen to if you're evaluating your CRM program
Absolutely loved this pointed discussion regarding CRM. Sam and Steve are certainly experts in the space and this discussion will help anyone looking to improve his understanding of the concepts as well as any organizations looking to improve their programs.
