    Breathing and opening

    Breathing and opening your self to really be present and continue to get in touch with your intuition. The most important part of witchcraft or pagan practice is getting in touch with your inner self, learning to hear your intuition and building the skills needed to hear messages from spirit, deity, and guides. Let me know what you are learning and what questions you have - I am talking about different ways to create and learn this energy flow. Keep practicing to build those neuron pathways and strengthen your abilities.
