Cross Over Q

My brother is an Episcopal priest and he turned me onto this show. Though I am rather “a-religious” myself, I deeply enjoyed listening to this Poscast. Outside of the main topic, I learned a lot about history and religion, but I never felt like I was being preached to while listening; I only felt love, care and compassion come through in the timbre of the vicar’s voice. I have people I know and care deeply for that have been affected and swept up by this movement, and it’s incredibly refreshing to hear a take that isn’t shaming or bashing these folks when they need our patience and love more than anything. Thank you for doing the work merely because it needs to be done, not for the sake of clicks or cash. Keep it up!

We all thought it would go away after Biden’s election, but our elders and cousins are still captured. Rev. Kubluis does an outstanding job telling the story of where Qanon came from and maintaining compassion for all those caught up in it. He’s especially helpful to church leaders and adult kids who are losing traction with people they love caught up in the whirlpool.

Since January 6, I’ve been worrying a lot about Q, mystified at how it’s metastasized. The first episode does such a good job of balancing biblical truth and love—even for Q followers. America needs a lot of this balm in a lot of places right now. Hoping the exposure on 60 Minutes helps the podcast catch on. Simply produced with a well recorded, comforting voice

I find it hard to believe that a man who preaches about a mystical, invisible wizard in the sky on Sundays has trouble understanding why people that share those beliefs will accept the nonsense of the Q conspiracy theory. Hey Derek, it’s the same group of people! Look at the nonsense you yourself are peddling every week. Come on man, hypocrisy at this level is starting to undermine the fabric of our democracy and our society. Look in the mirror before you start criticizing others...
