Meatloafs die and a classic Winston messaround goes awry, while we discuss sexual freedoms in the 1970s, what makes a truly good hang-out sitcom, and whether Tim Curry can do any wrong whatsoever. This year, we’re celebrating the spookiest of holidays with classic ‘70s horror-psychological thriller The Omen and contemporary vampire comedy gold What We Do in the Shadows. Walt and Annie are both feeling a bit punchy as they cover the secret to a good Shakespeare play for middle schoolers, the ways that animation can be ugly and gorgeous all at once, and whether any of our listeners were cool in high school. Miraculously, no babies are harmed in the crossover, but we can't say the same for the ice cream truck.

Get in loser, we’re going to Sherwood! This week Walt and Annie are crossing over Ren Faire Adventuretime Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, and high school classic Mean Girls! Walt kicks things off with a pun truly unappreciated in its time, we wonder about the similarities between Kevin Costner and Erren Sermerlsen, and we chat about the limits of both Tina Fey’s and oeuvre and KingRichard’s...everything. In the end we basically invent “Reign,” but just remember: everything we do, we do it for you.
