Shallow Oceans Podcast

I been following and listening to Alex ever since his WeebNation-Anime Senpai podcasts days as well and I will just say, to hear him on the Shallow Oceans podcast has been very rewarding and could take all the negative in your life and turn it into a positive. This podcast will have you reflect on your life and also inspire you to make changes to better yourself. It is really a feel good podcast. No matter what subject is talked about, there is nothing bad about this podcast if anything just feeling good after listening to him because he is a very positive and uplifting person and voice. Not to mention was blessed to meet him in person and he brings nothing but good vibes. UMAI!!…Delicious!! (Inside joke) Please support, follow and give a listen to his podcast. Alex, so glad to have stumbled upon your content here. It’s exactly what I needed. It’s refreshing. This is the first ever podcast review I do. So glad to see you’re still going. Was stoked to see your fasting content also as a fellow practitioner. Fascinating stuff, right(?). I feel I need more community around this. Also I’m sure you touch upon this subject a ton in your content but I don’t see an episode the focuses on emotions and maybe emotional processing. Being that we are emotional beings (at least in my opinion), would love to hear your streaming thoughts on this. Thank you!!!

Pretty basic, listened to a lecture of what sounded like someone’s shower though. Alright, it’s a podcast, but it was then there’s the sexism. Women should respect their bodies. But men were told to respect women. Nothing regarding how men should have more respect for their bodies than to sleep around. It’s pretty low vibration to not teach men to honor their bodies.
