If you are interested in Steven Universe and its massive fandom then this is the podcast for you. The three amazing hosts review all of the episodes of the show and explore all of the easter eggs and many possible fan theories with things such as the shows metaphors for autism and gender identification. They go on for hours on all the delightful elements that make up Steven Universe. I highly recommend this podcast.

I live the discussions the girls have on the show. I do wish there was a short recap of the episode before they discuss it though. I don't always have the time or the means (it's surprisingly hard to find all the episodes) to see the show and a recap of what the show was about I think would go a long way. Otherwise I love their observations and bring knowledge in from newer episodes in to their theories and thoughts.

I really can't recommend this podcast. Laura K Buzz has a habit of sharing a point of view, then through confirmation bias continuing to find "evidence" supporting it. She seems to misunderstand the difference between opinions, interpretations and facts. And she fails to realize that her interpretations are colored by her opinions, and fails to take an objective viewpoint. She's convinced that Steven is autistic and Lars is transgendered. I for one, think it would be great to have representations of both in a popular tv show. But the evidence supporting these viewpoints just don't exist. Steven is empathetic to the extreme and is always cognizant of everyone's feelings. Nothing about his behavior suggests anything on the autism spectrum. Lars is awkward and ashamed of his past...like most teenagers struggling to find themselves. Laura and her co-hosts points of view borders on fan retcons they're so ridiculous. But they still spend much of the time defending them and offering no other perspectives. It's frustrating and is a disservice to such a great show.

A fun podcast about steven universe cartoon! It's very fun to rewatch a couple episodes of a fun cartoon and listen to the discussion on it by 3 cool and cute nerd chicks every week. please keep your episodes really long! I wouldn't mind if episodes talk about less episodes or the same amount, But 2 HR discussions from you 3 is perfect length
