    What's up guys, Margiela here! I know I left you guys hanging with the first part of our introvert EP but here's the second part. This EP, Giselle and I discussed how introverts act/experiences in romantic relationships! We also shared conflict resolution tips as an introvert, risk appetites, and how we operate in group projects! Overall, I'd like to encourage everyone to embrace who they are regardless if you are introvert or extrovert and somewhere in between.     I think in today's society being an introvert is generally shunned upon, labelled awkward, quiet and shy. How can we survive the world with its bias for competition, confidence, and being "out there?" I believe each one of us are gifted with unique gifts (strengths and weaknesses that we can use to aid not just in humanity's survival but our way of living - whether you're an extrovert or introvert). I remember meeting a guy who is ashamed he is not outgoing. Ashamed of even being an introvert. I want to make this podcast to empower, break the misconceptions, and how we can grow  experiences further as a kid to being an adult. There are introverts who get out of their way to discover the personal core projects and you can too. Join Giselle and I as we explore our quietness but loud live-beating minds.     What's up guys, Margiela here! This EP gave me a lot of challenge as I am currently on the path to my inner peace. I think in a way this may be to a reminder that we all struggle (consciously or not) with being at peace with ourselves, our situations and with life overall. In my circumstance, I reflected that I am failing, FAILING TO RECEIVE. What is inner peace for you? What do you do take a step towards it? What holds you back?     It is almost 2 years since I graduated. But I vividly remembered what it was like to fail a course. It's no doubt that we feel disempowered after we fail to meet a goal, fail in broken relationships, and fail in life in general. How can we gain confidence? Rather, I practice what I coined as "grounded" confidence. Is it possible to come back up after rock bottom and pick ourselves up where we last fell down? The answer is yes! IF we CHOOSE to!
