Insightful and Intriguing show on Mexican Food

This amazing podcast goes in depth on so many fascinating aspects of Mexican food!! Ubish interviews interesting and knowledgeable people from the culinary world leading to super intriguing episodes. It’s also lovely to hear his own insights and views throughout some episodes. The show is always great to listen to!
I love food and am seriously so excited to have found this food podcast that goes into detail about so many angles of Mexican Food!!
I’d highly recommend this podcast to everyone!!
It’s especially perfect to listen to if you’re planning a trip to Mexico City anytime soon!!

Beyond the Taco

This is a phenomenal food podcast that goes beyond popular Mexican food. Although it honors the prized taco, Ubish does a great job at exploring the details of his culture’s cuisine and helps listeners understand why Mexican cuisine is so unique. Ubish gives you feeling like he is walking beside you and touring you around his city ( also his tours are amazing, plz do one of you are in CDMX). I wouldn’t want to have food in Mexico without Ubish’s recommendation. Now I’m hungry!
