Different kind of conversations about what it means to be well
What I love about Curious Nature podcast is conversations about wellness within the context of our actual lives such as our environment, mind, and body within a culture and economic system that can cause us to internalize unhelpful modes of thinking and behaving that can be harmful to us. So much of the wellness culture at large is very individualistic and curated for people of perfect mental, physical health, and professional success—or presented for those persuaded that this is the One True Way of becoming deserving. I think Curious Nature does a great job of saying that we are all deserving and that we don’t have to be an archetype in order for it to be true.
Like a lovely chat with two friends!
I listened to this tonight while I was painting and it was such cozy company—as if I just popped by to hang with some friends (but actually didn’t have to leave my studio 😉). Enjoy! 🌈
