In this episode, my guest shares her experience navigating postpartum depression and postpartum rage, while also facing a brain tumor diagnosis that led to brain surgery shortly after giving birth. It’s a conversation about what happens when mental health struggles and physical trauma collide during one of the most vulnerable seasons of a woman’s life. We talk about the realities of postpartum mood disorders that often go unseen, how rage can show up when support is lacking, and what it feels like to carry so much while trying to care for a newborn. She also speaks openly about suicidal thoughts, the impact of medical trauma, and what helped her begin to move forward. This episode is meant to create understanding — not fear.To give language to experiences many women feel but rarely say out loud. And to remind anyone listening that needing help does not mean something is wrong with you. If this story resonates, know this: you are not alone, and support matters.
