In 2014, I set out to do something I’d always believed was impossible for me: achieve a healthy life balance with food, fitness, and myself. After many years of trial and error, I finally found a system that works for me, and started "Community With Caroline," changing the course of my own life, but most importantly, enabling me to help change the lives of thousands of other people as well. Join me as I candidly discuss all aspects of the “fitness” industry, my journey to food freedom, my struggles with breast implant illness, OCD, and more. I have open and honest dialogues with healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, mentors, celebrities, bestsellers, polyamorists, coaches, and some of my personal heroes! CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE!

Molly Stoffa, CWC Coach
On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I am talking with return guest and newest CWC coach, Molly Stoffa! Molly has been a client of mine for over a year and it is my absolute pleasure to welcome her to our team. We have many things in common, from playing soccer as kids, being super competitive, similar struggles with OCD/ADHD, motherhood, physique competing, and more. Molly shares why she wanted to be a CWC coach, what makes us so incredibly different from anything else, and how we can help you achieve your goals while enjoying life and above all, feeling amazing at the same time.

Twitchy Witch
On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I am talking with Elianne El-amyouni, you may know her as the "Twitchy Witch" on social media. Elianne's mother is a reader of dreams, and her father is a shamanic healer. She has been something of an alchemist since she was born, and ended up studying symbolism, alchemy, and dreams in university. She wrote her masters on the connections between alchemy, dream analysis, and modern poetry, and is currently writing a phd on the role of music (particularly hip-hop) in the expression of palestinian political identity.
I found Elianne on TikTok about a month ago, and booked a tarot reading with her. During my reading I was amazed at how comfortable I felt with her, as well as the accuracy of my reading. I invited her on the podcast and was so happy she said yes! During our conversation she was recalling a prophetic dream she had, which led us to discuss the rising and falling of empires and how that relates closely to what we are seeing today in America. I left feeling incredibly humbled, grateful, and connected to her.
Follow Elianne, book a tarot reading, or check out her book "Quickies," which is a collection of her thoughts during a period of severe depression and substance abuse(my personal favorite.)

Semaglutide Part Two with PA, Tanna Donalson
On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I am talking again with Physician's Assistant, Tanna Donalson about Semaglutide, and how many benefits it can provide people aside from just diabetes/weight loss. It is now proving to help people struggling with autoimmune/metabolic disorders, addiction, food noise, obsessive compulsive disorder, joint pain, etc. I share my experience with it and how it helped with my ocd, inflammation, and drinking urges. Tanna continues to debunk the myths surrounding it and answers many of your questions that you submitted. I have included Tanna's booking link in the show notes for anyone wanting to know more or get started!

Today I'm talking with Registered Dietitian, Michelle Yates
This week on the CWC podcast I am talking with Registered Dietitian, Michelle Yates. Michelle has a masters in health psychology, specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating. She has worked in hospitals, outpatient ed treatment, and is now coaching women online to overcome things like binge eating, emotional overeating, all or nothing thoughts with food, and getting off the diet roller coaster once and for all. I found her on TikTok after we both made similar videos in response to the viral "mustard trend" and how dangerous it is. We are both here to answer any questions you all have, and if you are struggling with any of the things we mentioned in today's episode please reach out to Michelle or myself.
You can find her on IG at: Yatesnutrition or on her website at yatesbutrition.com

"Fighting For My Health"
On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I am talking in depth about my past issues with both alcohol and food. I also share some interesting updates regarding my ongoing health struggles. Overall health is seemingly just one big puzzle that needs to be worked from multiple angles/modalities and since our healthcare system is not set up this way it can be frustrating to say the least. I also talk about how women are often gaslighted about our pain and suffering, ultimately left to figure out these issues on our own, when many of them lead back to childbirth, hormone fluctuations, mental illness, etc. Hopefully my story can help someone also going through ongoing health issues. As always, I am available for support and questions.

Mental Demons
In this episode I am sharing some personal struggles regarding my insanely hellish recovery from sinus surgery, the rage I feel about the possibility of another surgery, and how I feel like I’ve lost so much of myself over the past five years.

Real and Relatable!
I’ve followed Caroline on Instagram for the past few years so I’m beyond excited she now has a podcast and we get to hear more of what she has to say on an even more personal level. I love everything she stands for, her honesty, and her realness. From her personal fitness journey, life, breast implant illness, educational content on fitness and health, she talks about it all without a filter which I love.
