Retired Colonel Eric Toler joined Augusta University in 2018 as Executive Director of the Georgia Cyber Innovation and Training Center (aka Georgia Cyber Center).  Toler previously served in the U.S. Army as a Military Intelligence Officer, retiring with over 27 years of leadership and national security experience. In addition to seven combat tours in Afghanistan, Iraq, and the Balkans, Toler pioneered and developed cyberspace operations capabilities for the Army and Department of Defense, serving in key positions within Army Cyber Command, U.S. Cyber Command, and the National Security Agency.   

In his role as Executive Director of the Georgia Cyber Center, Toler is responsible for fulfilling the Center’s mission to create an ecosystem of collaboration among government, academia, and private industry partners that helps solve the state and nation’s most challenging cybersecurity problems through innovative education, training, research and development, and practical applications.

Lee Myers is the Senior Director of Security Operations for the Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center (MS-ISAC), which is part of the Center for Internet Security (CIS). Lee is responsible for the supervision and execution of the services provided by the MS-ISAC’s 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC), which provides real-time network monitoring, cybersecurity event analysis, and cyber threat warnings and advisories to state, local, territorial and tribal governments.

Lee is also responsible for coordinating collaborative security operations efforts across analytical MS-ISAC teams aligned with analytical and investigative teams at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).

Larry Clinton, President and CEO of the Internet Security Alliance (ISA), has been a pivotal figure in cybersecurity for over two decades. Under his leadership, ISA has been instrumental in integrating technology with economics and public policy to enhance system-wide cybersecurity across critical infrastructures.Clinton is renowned for authoring the Cyber Risk Oversight Handbook, a vital resource for corporate boards published triennially with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). This handbook is recognized for setting cyber best practices that significantly improve cybersecurity outcomes. In 2023, he was awarded the Challenge Medal for excellence by CISA Director Jen Easterly and has been named to the NACD’s “Corporate 100” list three times for his influence in corporate governance.
