    Paternal Grandmother Drama -Episode 4

    In this episode I talk about my dad’s mom. She has narcissistic traits. This grandmother has caused drama in the past and the last few years. My episodes are from the heart so I may stumble over my words but I thank you for joining me in the healing process. Always remember you are worthy and you are loved. 💜 P.s. I apologize for the amount of times I say the words “toxic” and “supposedly” 😄

    Is this normal? Paternal vs Maternal Family. -Episode 2

    In this episode I talk a bit more about my childhood. There are some emotional moments or dreams that I share from childhood. I also talk about the differences in my paternal side of the family and my maternal side of the family. As a young child I came to a new country leaving my mom’s side of the family to be with my dad’s toxic family. At the end of the day we grow and learn from our troubles. Always remember you are worthy and you are loved. 💜
