And now, at 32, I’m realizing that avoiding it hasn’t helped — it’s only made it harder to understand and express in a healthy way. This episode is a real and vulnerable look at what it feels like to carry anger but not know what to do with it. The fear of how people will react, the pressure to stay composed, and the challenge of finding a safe and healthy way to release what’s inside. I don’t have all the answers — and that’s part of the conversation.
