    Finding Love Within the Self, and Using that Love to Heal the Self

    When I was in therapy for the first few visits, my therapist slammed me with the simple remedy, "You need to just love yourself, more."   I sat there winded.  I don't know how.  I've not been shown properly, where does one start? The people I'd met in the world who loved themselves were naught.  I'd never met anyone who loved themselves. I had to find out how to begin. This is my story.     Racism or Colorism? Value or devalue? Victims or victors? Let's talk.
