    Ep 45: Swordheart

    When Halla, a middle-aged widow, becomes the beneficiary of a large estate after the death of her late husband’s great uncle. Her good fortune quickly takes a turn for the worse when her scheming in-laws, jilted after being overlooked in his will, locks her in her room, planning to marry her off to her cousin to get their hands on her wealth.  After being locked in her room for 3 days, she decides that death would be a better choice than being forced to marry again, especially to her clammy handed cousin Alver, she frantically searches for a way to take her life before that happens. Desperate and with very few choices, a sword mounted above her bed seems to be her only option.  While trying to find a way to take her life with the least amount of pain, Halla unknowingly releases Sarkis, an immortal warrior who inhabits the great sword and is now spellbound to protect her. Pushing down the shock of a strange, armored man appearing out of a sword, Halla takes this opportunity to try and  escape her captivity with the help of her surly new companion.  After a messy escape, Halla finds herself on the run with Sarkis as her guard, searching for a way to stop her in-laws from retaliating against her. They set out on a journey, hoping to partition the counsel for help, but trouble seems to find them at every turn, earning them even more enemies along the way. With every obstacle seemingly against them will Halla ever gain the freedom she’s always wanted? Or will she lose everything including the one thing she didn’t expect to find? Let’s find out!     Violet is a typical, down-on-her-luck millennial: mid-twenties, over-educated and drowning in debt, on the verge of moving into her parents' basement. When a lifeline appears in the form of a very unconventional job in neighboring Cambric Creek, she has no choice but to grab at it with both hands. Morning Glory Farm offers full-time hours, full benefits, and generous pay with no experience needed . . . There's only one catch. The clientele is Grade A certified prime beef, with the manly, meaty endowments to match. Hands-on work with minotaurs isn’t something Violet ever considered as a career option, but she’s determined to turn the opportunity into a reversal of fortune. When a stern, deep-voiced client begins to specially request her for his sessions at the farm, maintaining her professionalism and keeping him out of her dreams is easier said than done. Violet is resolved to make a dent in her student loans and afford name-brand orange juice, and a one-sided crush on an out-of-her-league minotaur is not a part of her plan—unless her feelings aren’t so one-sided after all.     Ep 41: I Got Abducted by Alien and Now I'm Trapped in A Rom-Com

    Lions and Dinosaurs and Aliens, Oh my!  Dorothy Valentine, an aspiring wildlife biologist, is intent on achieving her lifelong dream of getting her PhD and becoming a world-renowned biologist. So, life has no room for anything but work, and a relationship is out of the question. But life has a funny way of derailing even the best laid plans.  While wrapping up her fieldwork, observing meerkats on the plains of Africa, she’s attacked by a hungry lion with its sights set on her being its tasty treat. (Bad Toto! Bad!) As her life flashes before her eyes, Dorthy is saved by…. abduction? Talk about timing! But a daring escape attempt with her attacker (a now talking lion, lovingly named Toto) results in her crash landing on a planet filled with strange horned Aliens, Pink Dinos, Cow sized Bullfrogs and more! Yeah…and if things weren’t crazy enough, Dorthy finds herself the subject of an alien science breeding program with not one… but two of her alien companions and would be rescuers. Loc, a smooth-talking warrior general with a possessive streak and Sol, a strong and stern no-nonsense hunter with a heart of gold. But even though the pull of her two alluring alien lovers is strong, will they and the opportunity to study, once extinct Dinosaurs and genetically modified earth creatures, be enough to make her stay in this strange place on an unknown planet in a galaxy far far away?     Ep 40: I Accidentally Summoned A Demon

    Navigating the dating scene in your 30’s can be a real struggle. Between dodging all the creepers, to weeding out the guys just looking for a one-night stand, trying to find “The one” seems nearly impossible. Exhausted after one too many failed attempts to find the perfect match and being the last sing-gal in her friend group, Rayna decides to do something crazy, like a summoning ritual one that is supposed to bring her, her soul mate or something like that, So under the light of the full moon and a little tipsy from the wine, she does just that! But the spell didn’t mention that she would be summoning a horned and hunky demon equipped with a rotating dick!. Believing it all to be a wine-induced dream, she decides to live out one of her romance book fantasies and take a ride on the wild side (hey a win’s a win).
