Glad I found this podcast because I was also diagnosed with bipolar 8 years ago and love finding others who are willing to be vulnerable and share their experiences. I love hearing Dawn talk about her life experiences so far with this to give others an idea of what it is like and how to smash the stigma!

I recently connected with Dawn and recognized quickly she was brave. I found out she had a podcast and decided to give it a listen. I am completely moved and inspired by Dawn’s vulnerability and willingness to share her story to help others. She shares her truth and doesn’t hold back. Living with bipolar disorder is a challenge but Dawn is doing the best she can and using her podcast as a platform to educate and empathize. Keep going, Dawn!
