Ep. 9: The Waverly Hills Sanatorium

Opened in 1910 in Louisville, Kentucky, the Waverly Hills Sanatorium opened it's doors to accommodate 40-50 patients suffering from tuberculosis. This two-story building grew to fit over 400 patients, becoming one of the most modern and well-equipped facilities at the time. The discovery of an antibiotic led to the facility being closed down in 1961. It has most recently been purchased in 2001 and restoring the location has been one of the top priorities to many. Though the patients and staff have left, it seems that there may still be a few occupants remaining. Join us in this paranormal episode where Sam will share the interesting history of Waverly Hills, as well as mention a few spooky happenings!
