Episode 5 - Full Moon & Celestial Weather 10th - 24th July.

The Full Moon on July 15 is at 22 degrees Capricorn. It falls on fixed star Sulaphat in the Lyre and squares Eris. It is quite timely this Goddess comes up since she featured so heavily in my research into psychopaths. I think she may represent is the scapegoat, she did get blamed for the Trojan war after all. Like Eris, psychopaths take the rap for all our inner demons, we can brand someone a psycho and smugly feel good about ourselves. The Moon is also opposite Varuna and conjunct Asteroid Venetia so there is an aquatic theme also. In the second half of the show I look at the celestial weather for the next two weeks starting from July 10th until July 24th. Music "Angel Friend, Demon Lover" by Purple Kitchens.

Marina from Dark star Astrology discusses the weeks astrology forecast. In 2012 the fixed star Regulus moves into the constellation Virgo, what does that mean for humanity? What's the big deal? Some say this is the true start of the Age of Aquarius. Hmmmmm...the symbolism is interesting none the less. We look at the traits of Regulus as opposed to plain old Leo the star sign and also look at some famous celebs with it strong in their charts. Episode 3- Summer Eclipse Special

Dark Star Astrology Podacast: Marina talks about the three Summer eclipses in detail. The June 15 2011 Lunar Eclipse is at 24 degrees Sagittarius and on the Fixed Star Lesath. She talks about the Saros cycles from whence they came explaining why Saros cycles are important in understanding the meaning of eclipses. She also talks about the coming weeks celestial weather using visual astrology and looking at the important transits through the constellations. The main feature is the solar eclipse on the July 1 2011, it is at 9º Cancer and conjunct the fixed star Alhena in constellation Gemini. It is also square Saturn and opposed Pluto. Both these planets are usually about endings, well death if we are going to be frank. These hard aspects could make us more inclined to view this eclipse with traditional dread, except no! This eclipse is actually the beginning of a new Saros cycle.
